 ​​​​This two-bedroom apartment, 1150 square feet (107 s. m.), has large, comfortably furnished rooms, decorated with an eclectic selection of art. All rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. WiFi can be accessed throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is fitted with a reverse osmosis, UV filtration system supplying purified drinking water from a separate spigot.  It has everything needed for preparing meals:  gas oven, electric convection oven, microwave, electric grill, toaster, blender, cookware, utensils and dinnerware.

The Dining Area seats five, has a vintage leaded glass window from a nineteenth-century pub, and a view of the courtyard and garden.

The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are connected through the central hall that also has an interior stairway to the roof garden with a palapa (thatched roof) gazebo.

The principal bedroom, decorated with Chinese woodblock and silk screen prints, has a king-bed and a futon for sitting or for an extra bed.  A separate door gives it independent access to the bathroom.

The front bedroom, decorated with Japanese woodblock prints, opens through French Doors onto the balcony that has a view of the front garden. Separate access to the bathroom is through the central hall.​
