Suite 103 is a two-bedroom apartment of 1150 square feet (107 s. m.) with large, comfortably furnished rooms, decorated with an eclectic selection of art. All rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. WiFi can be accessed throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is fitted with a reverse- osmosis, UV filtration system yielding totally drinkable water.  There is everything needed for preparing meals:  gas oven, electric convection oven, microwave, electric grill, toaster, blender, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. The Dining Area seats five, has a vintage leaded glass window from a nineteenth century pub, and a view of the courtyard and garden.

The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are connected through the central hall that also has an interior stairway to the roof garden with a palapa (thatched roof) gazebo.

The principal bedroom, decorated with Chinese woodblock and silk screen prints, has a king bed and a futon in the sitting area.  A separate door gives it independent access to the bathroom.

The front bedroom decorated with Japanese woodblock prints opens through French Doors onto a balcony looking out over the front garden. It has access to the bathroom through the central hall.​
